In 2006, Chef Conway moved to Houston, bringing with her a deep love for Jamaican cuisine and a dream to share it with others. In 2016, that dream became a reality when she opened Helen’s Kitchen, a vibrant and beloved eatery serving traditional Jamaican food that captures the heart and soul of the island.
